It's tough starting a new blog. You think it's going to be about one thing, and then it starts morphing into something else. But that's OK. I've realized over the years that I can't be committed to one topic or niche. I thrive when I am able to be random. So today, in a little act of randomness that doesn't really fit this blog (but may in the future) I'm going to send us all some fitness and health inspiration from my favourite trainer, Jillian Michaels.
