It's tough starting a new blog. You think it's going to be about one thing, and then it starts morphing into something else. But that's OK. I've realized over the years that I can't be committed to one topic or niche. I thrive when I am able to be random. So today, in a little act of randomness that doesn't really fit this blog (but may in the future) I'm going to send us all some fitness and health inspiration from my favourite trainer, Jillian Michaels. Who or what motivates you to stay healthy?
The Law of Attraction says that if you really feel and believe in something, it will manifest. If you really feel and believe that something is rightfully yours - the universe will help you receive it. A parking space near the entrance at the mall, a free coffee, a sale on those really expensive shoes, a new job - the universe is open and just waiting to help us achieve all the things we want.
The Law of Attraction always yield to you the essence of the balance of your thoughts. No exceptions. You get what you think about - whether you want it or not. And, in time, and with practice, you will come to remember that the Law of Attraction is always consistent. It never tricks you; it never deceives you; it never confuses you, for the Law of Attraction responds precisely to the vibration that you are offering.
