What I love about this infographic is that you can use it in different aspects of your life: work, eating healthy, family life, weight loss, living a balanced life etc. It's adaptable and I thought it was a perfect Weekend Read.
Personally, I really need to work on number four: plan each day with 3 of the top tasks for that day. YIKES!
